The terms that apply when you use this website or book travel through CoMotion Travel Enterprise.

CoMotion Travel Enterprise is a TICO-registered travel agency (#50015192), affiliated with Prestige Travel Group and Travel Leaders Network, based in Ajax, Ontario. By using this website or booking travel with us, you agree to these terms.
CoMotion acts as an intermediary between you and the airlines, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, and other suppliers that provide your actual travel services. Each supplier has its own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies, which apply in addition to these terms.
Quotes are subject to availability and price changes from suppliers until a booking is confirmed and deposited. Group planning fees, where they apply, cover the coordination work involved in a group booking (rooming charts, guest communication, vendor coordination) and are separate from the cost of the trip itself.
Group planning fees cover work already underway once your inquiry moves into active planning and are non-refundable once that work has begun, even if the trip is later postponed or cancelled. Refunds for the travel booking itself (flights, hotels, cruises) follow the relevant supplier's own cancellation policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you and your travelling party hold valid passports, visas, and any other documents required for your destination. CoMotion can provide guidance and, where applicable, editing assistance for personal application documents, but this is not legal or immigration advice, and CoMotion is not a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip. Insurance offered through CoMotion (such as Manulife Travel Insurance) is subject to the insurer's own policy terms, exclusions, and claims process.
Group rates and rooming charts are based on the guest count and details provided at the time of booking. Adjustments from late additions, cancellations, or guest changes are billed per room, not per guest, and may affect pricing depending on supplier minimums.
CoMotion is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or cancellations of any airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, or other third-party supplier. Bookings made through a TICO-registered retailer are covered by Ontario's travel industry compensation protections, subject to their terms.
The text, photos, and logo on this website belong to CoMotion Travel Enterprise and may not be copied or reused without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
