Booking travel requires sharing relevant details with third parties, including airlines, hotels and resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, ground transportation providers, travel insurance companies (such as Manulife), and payment processors. We share only what's needed to complete and support your booking, and we do not sell your personal information.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and TICO recordkeeping requirements, and resolve any disputes. Records tied to a completed booking are typically kept for the period required by Ontario travel industry regulations.

6. Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we encourage you to share sensitive documents (like passport scans) only through the channels we specify.

7. Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask to access, correct, or withdraw consent for the use of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual limits — for example, information already shared with a supplier as part of a confirmed booking. You can also opt out of marketing communications at any time.

This website is not directed at children. Where a minor's information is collected as part of a family or group booking, it is provided and managed by a parent or guardian.
