Why a fee at all
Flights and rooms, sourced and reserved — the same commission a supplier pays on any package, group or solo.
Rooming charts, 20–80 guest email threads, vendor coordination, and an on-site liaison — real hours no supplier compensates.
Planning Tiers
Every tier is a flat fee, quoted before you commit — and every tier includes return transfers for your full guest list.
Additional planning time beyond a tier's scope is billed at $150/hr. À la carte add-ons are available on every tier. Overage from late guest additions is billed per room, never per guest. On-island day-of coordination for weddings runs through a trusted on-island partner, proven on wedding weekends of 80+ guests.
